Take a Walk!

I have been walking most mornings this summer. A friend from the ward has been walking with me. We walk about a half hour at 7:30 in the morning. Walking is so rewarding. I really miss it when I don't get my walk in. We walk around the neighborhood and look at others yards. I already know the name of a plant I want to put in my yard. It's called blue butterfly delphenium. Walking is great exercise. Everyone should try it.

Hello, just wanted to say hello from down in central California, I try to take a few minutes between vocab words to check a relatives blog, it's fun. Keep up the walking!

Hi Kathy, I finally found you! I wonder if the plant you are talking about is the one I have recently discovered. The blooms are huge. They bloom & die the same day, but the blooms keep coming for a couple of weeks. The blooms are bigger than a large grapefruit. What color are you going to get?

Hi Vonnie! That is called a hibiscus. Mine is pink with red centers. I wish my plant was in a more showy place, but I think it is so beautiful. We are getting so many tomatoes, I wish I could send you some.

Please do. If anyone is coming or going to SLC, I would take as many as you had. In fact I bought one at the store today. I have been gone for a week so I will check my cherry tomato plant that was big & loaded with blossoms before I left. Maybe they are getting close.
